Do-In connects you to your body and promotes the flow of life force energy. By attending the classes, you agree that you will respect the signals of your body and that you will inform Lilian about any injuries or pregnancies before joining the class. Taking this responsibility is a prerequisite to benefit from the self-healing capacity of Do-In.

In this online guided meditation based on shamanism and TCM, you'll:

  • Practice a short Do-In sequence,
  • Meet your Power Animal and ask for insight on your personal development in the past year or months,
  • Ask for healing,
  • Connect deeply to the Web of Life,
  • See where this Web needs healing and send this healing to the Web of Life.
  • See how you can support the Web of Life on a daily basis.

Avoid psychedelic or alcoholic substances during the preceding 24 hours so that you will be centred and clear-minded.
