Finishing your day and/or year relaxed

The exercise I describe below is wonderful at the end of the day, to relax and process the day. You can also use this combination well at the end of a year. It helps you turn inward and improves your sleep. This combination also helps with headaches or dizziness.

Place your thumb tips on your temples. Rest your index and middle fingers relaxed on your forehead. Place the tip of your left ring finger on the cuticle of the right ring finger - on the pinky side. Hold for 2 minutes, breathe slowly and lengthen your exhalations. Then place the tip of the right ring finger on the cuticle of the left ring finger for two minutes.

In this exercise, you treat the first and last acupoint of the Triple Heater. This meridian helps you at the end of the day to come to yourself and relax. Also, this meridian balances your body temperature, hydration and distribution of energy.
